It is the similar blockchain explorer as etherscan.io.
Etherscan.io only provides basic APIs for developers but Ethplorer provide much more rich APIs and more detailed information about ERC20 tokens.
Disadvantage of this explorer is we can’t guarantee the accuracy of provided data. (It is noted in their official documentation.)
